In this article reveals the problem of ethics in advertising communication. Today, increasingly, there are advertising messages that do not reply the ethical standards of society. The creation and placement of advertisements that do not replyethical standards, is punishable by the law of the Russian Federation. The author of the article identified criteria for ethical standards in advertising and analyzed the existing deviation from them.
